About Kodiak

In 1999, a team of experts in the fields of thermal science, mechanical engineering, container design, logistics management, health science, pharmaceutical clinical research and specialty foods operations joined forces.

Recognizing the cumbersome limitations of corrugated boxes lined with Styrofoam and urethane insulation and filled with dry ice or frozen gel packs, they undertook to revolutionize the industry by applying new technology and pooling their knowledge and resources.

The result is Kodiak Thermal Technologies, Inc., a company dedicated to developing cold chain products and technologies that are more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly than anything else on the market. Kodiak’s products have received both the DuPont Gold Award for packaging innovations on the international stage and the R&D100 Award recognizing the 100 most technologically significant products of 2002.

Kodiak is headquartered in Kingsville,TX about 40 miles south west of Corpus Christi, Texas. Our production facility integrates both extensive training and quality assurance programs to meet the demands of cold chain shipping container production and our customer’s expectations.
